Superb Summer Solstice Stableford Scores

Published on 24/06/2010

At every summer solstice, Britain's Druids make their way to Stonehenge.  The planets fall into alignment and strange mysterious things can happen.  Perhaps the same could also be said of Fairwood Park's golfers as last Saturday's yellow box stableford saw no fewer than 22 players return a minimum of 36 points!

It's the first time this year that so many players have returned scores of this quality and is further proof that the condition of the course and greens are currently second to none.

Gary Jones - Fairwood Park's Master Druid!

Top of the Pops was our very own Quartz Team Captain, with a superb card of 43 points.  Can anyone suggest which Fairwood Park feature would make a good substitute for Stonehenge?
